Legal assistant
As a legal assistant, I take pride in helping our clients and ensuring their experience with our office is as smooth and welcoming as possible. I joined the law firm the summer of 2021 and enjoy being a part of Maxson Law Office.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of two—one boy and one girl. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially camping and attending my children’s various activities.

Lynette is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years of experience. Since joining in 2002, she has assisted numerous clients in areas such as disability, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate.
Lynette received her Bachelor of Science Degree – Paralegal Program from Moorhead State University. She successfully received her Certified Legal Assistant, as well as Advanced Certified Paralegal Social Security Disability status through the National Association of Legal Assistants in which she is a member. She is also a member of Western Dakota Association of Legal Assistants.
In her spare time, she enjoys attending her 3 sons sporting activities, going to the lake and reading.
